It opened our eyes to everything. it is Windows based which makes it easier for us to comprehend. Most of the use in it is point & click as subjects are predefined... It helps with record keeping, as there is no lost paper... It is easy to maintain... ParadigmaCare is an excellent system... Yes, I think that ParadigmaCare saved money. We need fewer supervisors to check and audit. I see things with six clicks, a minute or two.... I would recommend Paradigma in a heartbeat."
